Klavierbegleitung (Klavier mit Violine | Violoncello) Akie Nakayama
Akie Nakayama was born in Yokohama, Japan in 2002. She began piano at the age of 4. From 2017 to 2021 she attended the Music High school and College Diploma Course attached to the Faculty of Music, Toho Gakuen University and studied under Prof. Hiroe Arai.
Since the autumn of 2021, she has been studying in the class of Prof. Thomas Böckheler at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich and she has also been studying the chamber music with Prof. Dirk Mommertz. She received
- the First Prize at the „Steinway Förderpreis“ in Munich (May 2022) and
- the Second Prize at the Cesar Franck International Piano Competition in Belgium. (December 2023)
She was influenced in master classes by

- Prof. Mikhail Voskresensky,
- Prof. Pascal Devoyon,
- Prof. Michael Schäfer.
